My academic background in Nursing, Business Management, and Accounting has equipped me with a strong foundation in critical thinking, organization, and the ability to manage complex projects. However, my true calling lies in education. I have dedicated over 16 years to working with children, witnessing firsthand the power of early education to shape individuals and build a brighter future. My experiences have spanned various educational settings, from assisting with young children in Surabaya to leading as a principal in Jakarta. I’ve embraced different curriculums, including classical, Cambridge, and Montessori, understanding that every child learns and thrives in unique ways.<\/p>\n

Febri graduated from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Psychology. Her interest in Early Years Education motivated her to take an Educational Psychology programme as one of her focuses during the last two years of college. Febri has four years of experience in teaching at a national plus- school in Surabaya. During her teaching experience, Febri was responsible for teaching toddlers and primary students. She loves watching children grow as they accomplish their developmental tasks. She feels so lucky and grateful for being able to make her childhood dream come true by becoming a teacher. She enjoys her involvement in every part of the teaching journey as it always gives her something new to learn and reflect on.<\/p>\n

My name is Fergie. I graduated from Monash University majoring in Marketing and Business Management for my Bachelor’s Degree, then completed my Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education from RMIT University before continuing my Master’s Degree in Education at the University of Melbourne which focuses on Student Wellbeing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As a person who has a strong interest in education, I used to be an Early Childhood Teacher back in Melbourne for almost 2 years and have gained experience connecting with young children as well as partnering with families to enhance children’s growth. In addition, my passions for children and teaching are shown in my volunteering activities from being a Sunday School Teacher for 3 years to teaching in other non-profit organisations up to this point.<\/span><\/p>\n

Children’s early experiences lay the foundation for their future lives (physically, socially, and cognitively) and overall well-being, therefore, I am delighted to be part of their early experiences by being a role model here at Middleton. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ms. Linda graduated from the Universitas
Pendidikan Indonesia. Her time in the university paved the way towards a calling in teaching. In the last 9 years, she has taught various grade levels. This was often accompanied by other tasks such as handling extra-curricular or after-school
programs including projects, creative writing, and music classes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Linda also served as an academic supervisor in her last job, vetting program content and ensuring that activities are age-appropriate and promotes learning. Highly motivated, caring and dedicated, she believes that all children can become successful learners who are in charge of their own learning. It is her belief that adults can learn a lot from children, too.<\/span><\/p>\n

My name is Hana. I graduated from Airlangga University majoring in English Business. However, my first career was as an early childhood teacher and it has been almost 10 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Teaching children is kind of challenging because they have their own uniqueness. Therefore, I joined a lot of trainings for Early Childhood Education. One of them is certified training from the Government Education Department.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes, teaching children is not only about making them understand and recognize new knowledge but as a teacher, I can also learn new things from them. I hope I can give valuable experience and gain new insights in Middleton Preschool.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hi, my name is Ervalin and you can call me Eva. I was lucky enough to had chance studied at Taiwan during my high school with scholarship and getting my diploma degree while working part time. I was passionate on the design and it bring me to get my landscaping and interior design diploma degree from Chinese Culture University, Taiwan. Going back to Indonesia and I continue my study in design interior at PIKA Semarang and get my diploma degree. As I worked as a design interior drafter, my passion on Mandarin languages calls me and bring me to become a teacher at Chinese Language Center in Surabaya, teaching students varying from Kindergarten to High School. This really became my path to be a Mandarin teacher.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Middleton Pre-School, I want to introduce Mandarin language to children from the beginning, in the early age of learning. Bring confidence to them, enabling them to have courage speaking Mandarin, and create a strong Mandarin language foundation for youngsters to explore more on their next education step.

Ou Lao shi brings with her 5 years of teaching experience, with 3.5 years specifically in a school setting. While she may be relatively new, we have full confidence in her abilities and dedication to creating a positive learning environment for our young learners. Ou Laoshi holds a Master’s degree from China in teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages, showcasing her commitment to fostering language development in early childhood.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hi, my name is Ervalin and you can call me Eva. I was lucky enough to had chance studied at Taiwan during my high school with scholarship and getting my diploma degree while working part time. I was passionate on the design and it bring me to get my landscaping and interior design diploma degree from Chinese Culture University, Taiwan. Going back to Indonesia and I continue my study in design interior at PIKA Semarang and get my diploma degree. As I worked as a design interior drafter, my passion on Mandarin languages calls me and bring me to become a teacher at Chinese Language Center in Surabaya, teaching students varying from Kindergarten to High School. This really became my path to be a Mandarin teacher.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Middleton Pre-School, I want to introduce Mandarin language to children from the beginning, in the early age of learning.
