Use a variety of appropriate teaching methods to ensure high quality of inquiry, play-based learning for the children.<\/li>\n<li>Use a variety of appropriate teaching and caring methods to ensure high quality learning takes place<\/li>\n<li>Provide planning documents identifying specific learning objectives,<br \/> differentiated tasks, special needs, extension and assessment, to the Principal<br \/> or other authorized officer<\/li>\n<li>Being a facilitator in the classroom and taking an interactive role with children. Encourage children to take pride in their own environment and<br \/> show respect and concern for others, to the benefit of the school as a caring community.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for all aspects of classroom management e.g safety and hygiene of the children, hygiene and care of equipment with resources<br \/> well-labelled and accessible; maintain a tidy, well organised room<\/li>\n<li>Create an interesting and lively classroom which promotes independent learning.<\/li>\n<li>Document and display children\u2019s learning through contributions towards newsletters, class panels, children\u2019s portfolios, and summary reports in accordance with EtonHouse policy and essential agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Pre-school Director and staff in establishing and developing effective pupil assessment procedures and moderation portfolios. Keep appropriate records of achievement for each child in class and provide reports as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Build positive links between yourself and parents of children in your care.
