_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_5_text_color=&#8221;#002e5e&#8221; max_width=&#8221;100%&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;|0px|5px|||&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Principal, the Mandarin Teacher will be responsible for taking care of a class of young children and facilitating small group experiences within an inquiry, play-based context in the school.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>\u00a0Job Role &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake the teaching of a class in accordance with the school\u2019s agreed policies and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Create meaningful language opportunities for children where a love for Mandarin can be promoted<\/li>\n<li>Identify specific learning objectives, differentiated tasks, special needs, extension and assessment for the children<\/li>\n<li>Use a variety of appropriate teaching methods to ensure high quality of inquiry, play-based learning for the children<\/li>\n<li>Establish an effective and responsive classroom environment where children are active participants<\/li>\n<li>Plan engaging experiences within inquiry and play-based context<\/li>\n<li>Document and display children\u2019s learning through contributions towards newsletters, class panels, children\u2019s portfolios, and summary reports in accordance with EtonHouse policy and essential agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of classroom management, which will include safety and hygiene of the children and resources of the centre<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain close partnership with parents<\/li>\n<li>Assist in smooth planning and operation of school functions and be in attendance<\/li>\n<li>Work as an active and participatory team member<\/li>\n<li>Attend staff, professional development and planning meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>\u00a0Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>At least Diploma in Early Childhood Care &amp;
