Step 1:
Consulting
Parents can directly contact the Parents Liaison Executive to consult about the curriculum choices and enrolment procedure. Registration Form and Terms and Conditions Form can be obtained from our Parents Liaison Executive and would be filled during the visit for further process.
Step 2:
Confirmation Assessment & Placement Confirmation
Parents can directly contact the Parents Liaison Executive to consult about the curriculum choices and enrolment procedure. Registration Form and Terms and Conditions Form can be obtained from our Parents Liaison Executive and would be filled during the visit for further process.
Step 3:
Enrollment
Upon a successful enrolment, the following documents are required :
- Signed application form
- Signed terms and conditions form
- 2 x Passport sized photos (3cm x 4cm) of the parents and child
- Copy of Mother’s identity card (KTP)/ passport
- Copy of Father’s identity card(KTP)/ passport
- Copies of applicant’s : birth certificate & household booklet (KK)
- Copy of applicant’s stay permit (for non-Indonesian citizens only)
- Copy of child’s immunization record and/or any health declaration
report during special pandemic situation - Child’s latest report from previous school, if there is any
- Up-to-date copy of the certificate of health insurance coverage
- Proof of payment of Tuition Fee (in Rupiah) or by bank transfers,
which is due two weeks before the starting date of school.
The school will conduct the class-arrangement for students and inform parents with the starting date of school.
